Are you looking forward to getting your desired makeup with our mobile services? Makeup Artists Atlanta aims to guarantee a pleasant experience for our staff and clients. We want to ensure both parties understand and agree to the terms and conditions.

We can exhibit our transparency by preparing a written contract that includes your services, rates, and cancellation policy. This keeps you and the artist on the same page, ensuring a stress-free process. Before you schedule an appointment, please review our policies. 

Deposits And Booking: A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures your appointment and date.  The deposit will be deductible from your service cost.  The remaining balance is required on your appointment day.  TV and film services require a separate inquiry form; contact us for those projects.

Preparing For Your Appointment: Please remove makeup and clean your face before our session. Meet us with a clean, dry, hair if you have booked our hair services.  We offer blow-dry for an extra $45 if your hair requires drying.

Late Arrivals: We get it; life happens!  For unexpected delays, a 15-minute grace period is granted.  Any arrival 15 minutes or more after your appointment will cost $25.  The artist may cancel or reschedule late arrivals, but the late charge will remain in effect.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used for future appointments. We recognize that unanticipated circumstances sometimes happen.  The money is only refundable if we cannot keep your appointment.  Moreover, services canceled within 24 hours must be paid in full.
